The ERIE - ST CLAIR CLINIC is a comprehensive medical treatment facility specializing in addictions related illness. Originally located on Drouillard Road as a program of the AIDS COMMITTEE OF WINDSOR, the Clinic was established as a response to the changing priorities of the government, funders, community partners, and the growing needs of the community. The Clinic moved to Lincoln Road in 2010 and is a centre of excellence in addictions medicine with five (5) physicians attending the clinic. We are located at 1574 Lincoln Road, Windsor, Ontario where, along with our community partners, we offer , a holistic approach to outpatient addiction services, providing: 1. On - site physicians trained in addictions treatment 2. Hep C / HVC treatment with our own specialized nursing staff for anyone in need 2. Case management staff 3. Patient advocacy 3. An on-site pharmacy 4. On-site relapse prevention service 5. Alcohol misuse medical treatment
